Massive fires in Muizenburg, Noordhoek and Houtbay.

Fires close to Muizenburg, Cape Town Mountains are heading towards Houtbay and Noordhoek and has already burned down 4 houses.
30 Firefighting vehicles and almost 300 fire fighters are battling the blaze being assisted by Table Mountain National Park, Working on Fire and Volunteer Fire Services.

News24.com reports: "The fire is contained in certain areas, but on the higher slopes of the mountain it is not contained yet," he said shortly after 07:00. "The wind is currently not too bad, but we are expecting high temperatures later in the day," he added.
Layne confirmed that four houses have burnt down, two of which had thatch roofs.
Houses have been evacuated, but residents of the old age home which was evacuated are being allowed back in, Layne said.
Ou Kaapse Weg, Chapman's Peak Drive and Boyes Drive have been closed to traffic, Eyewitness News reported.
Firefighters are reportedly lining the roads, battling to contain the flames.

These fires could be seen as far as Brackenfell and Kuilsrivier
