Cape Town Stadium - Kaizer Chiefs VS. Ajax Cape Town

Kaizer Chiefs will be the big drawcard at Cape Town Stadium’s Premier Soccer League (PSL) doubleheader on Friday, January 14. Amakhosi (“the chiefs”) will take on hosts, Ajax Cape Town, at 20h15, after the curtain-raiser match between Vasco Da Gama and SuperSport United, which starts at 18h00.

Tickets range from R40 to R80 and are available from Computicket.
Kaizer Chiefs are currently second on the PSL log, one point behind Mamelodi Sundowns, while Ajax Cape Town are in fourth spot, with seven wins and three draws in their thirteen matches so far.
Chiefs will be without star midfielder Siphiwe Tshabalala, who will be attending an awards ceremony at the FIFA headquarters in Zurich. His sensational goal against Mexico in the opening match of the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ has been nominated as goal of the tournament.
Vasco Da Gama, who are based in the Cape, are enjoying a reasonable debut PSL season so far, having won four of their thirteen matches. They are currently eight on the log out of sixteen teams. The far more established SuperSport United, on the other hand, are currently in 14th position, with a goal difference of -7.
The Fan Walk to the stadium will be open on Friday, meaning that spectators could get from the train station in Adderley Street to the stadium in less than 40 minutes on foot.
