Cape Agulhas MTB Classic

On December 28th, you can enjoy this region on your mountain bike during the CAPE AGULHAS MTB CLASSIC, the main event of the week. For the MTB you will have four distances on offer with the routes crossing various terrains of tar, beach and off-road trails. What a fabulous time of fun for the whole family to enjoy during the holiday season! The main mountain bike race on Friday morning is 72km, testing the skill and stamina of the rider. Then there is the scenic 46km route and the slightly downscaled 35km ride, as well as a 10km event to enjoy at your leisure.

 The Hermanus Whale Festival started 25 years ago as an annual community event in the coastal town of Hermanus.  Residents and visitors celebrate the migration of Southern Right Whales and other marine wildlife with ocean-themed activities and exhibitions, emphasizing education and environmentally responsible adventures and activities.

Absa Cape Epic - Start's 18 March 2018

The Absa Cape Epic takes place every year around the last week of March and the first week of April. The race is held over 8 days and includes a time-trial prologue.
